Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of items in its original condition within 7 days of purchase for a full refund:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pearl@maisondemerveilles.com with your order number and reason for return.

Each of our pieces is one-of-a-kind, featuring hand-selected pearls with their own natural character. Because of the unique nature of our jewelry and the care taken in crafting each item by hand in our studio, we do not accept exchanges.

We kindly ask that you choose thoughtfully and with the understanding that each pearl is unique and creating custom pieces requires time and attention—resources we devote wholeheartedly to each of our customers.
